1How long does it take to have my order produced?
Normally between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the volume of your order.
2Is shipping included in the price?
- Our prices are Exworks. The shipping cost is quoted separately.
3How long does it take to deliver my product?
For shipping inside Mexico it takes from 1 to 5 days.
- For international shipping it can vary depending on the destination. Fort the US and Canada by land it takes from 5 to 10 days. For air freight it takes from 3 to 8 days. For sea shipping to Europe or Asia it takes from 18 to 40 days.
4How are the products packed?
We can pack according to our customer’s specifications.
5What is the payment method you accept?
We receive payment through wire transfer and deposits to our company's account.
6What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% advance payment and the 50% balance when the order is ready to be shipped.
7What is the Minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ depends on the product but normally we take mínimum orders of 500 units for handblown glass but please send us an e-mail to talk about your requirements or projects so we can determine the MOQ, depending on whether they are handblown, ceramics or wooden items.
8What places can you ship our products to?
Shipping is quoted separately but we can ship our products to any part in the world, either by land, sea or air, recommending our clients the best way and with the best rates possible or we can also do it with the forwarders of their choice.

10What handicrafts do you carry and If I require other handicrafts, how can I get information?
We sell and export Handblown glass, Stoneware Ceramics and Wood for Tabletop and Decorative purposes made by our selected group of artisans, workshops and factories.
